Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for suite guests, coordinating with concierge, housekeeping, spa, and culinary teams
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including bespoke excursions and personalized room setups
• Deliver high-end in-room dining experiences and manage elite table presentation
• Oversee suite environments, including minibar curation and laundry management
• Maintain and update guest profiles to ensure personalized service and loyalty
• Embody brand values and handle guest feedback with diplomacy

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality (5-star hotel or resort)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is a significant asset
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• Flawless grooming and professional presentation
