Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client requests related to their stay
• Provide attentive, vigilant, and sincere service
• Maintain availability for clients and coordinate with various hotel departments
• Ensure a presence in the hotel lobby and dining areas to meet guests and ensure satisfaction
• Organize reservations including dining, excursions, visits, and shopping in coordination with Concierge
• Optimize sales of hotel services such as the Restaurant and Spa
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the hotel's image

Requirements

• Dedication, discretion, and trustworthiness
• Strong interpersonal and human contact skills
• Natural generosity and a desire to please guests
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in high-end luxury hotels is an advantage
