Butler

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for luxury guests by building emotional connections and anticipating their needs
• Attend daily briefings and maintain detailed records of guest information and hotel events
• Coordinate with other departments to manage room statuses, including "Do Not Disturb" and departures
• Drive revenue through the upselling of hotel products and facilities such as restaurants and the spa
• Provide special attention to long-stay guests and ensure regular clients are personally welcomed
• Maintain butler areas, including guest rooms, pantries, and equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Perform regular inventory checks of supplies, stationery, and perishable items
• Ensure strict guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
• Bac +2 degree in Hospitality or Catering preferred
• Excellent written and spoken French
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Fluency in a third language is preferred
• Professional presentation and a strong sense of luxury service
• Ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and work effectively within a team
