Responsibilities

• Manage the butchery department including shelf stocking and product availability
• Ensure product quality by strictly following hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Advise and guide customers, proposing products and solutions
• Manage a client portfolio and participate in commercial actions (phoning, appointments, etc.)
• Work transversally with the fresh food team and sales force to develop turnover
• Participate in collective actions and events within the METRO warehouse

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the butchery sector
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
