About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparation, cutting, and packaging of different types of meat
- Following food hygiene and safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Compliance with HACCP food safety regulations
- Active collaboration with the team to ensure a productive environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Butcher Operator or in similar food sector roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of different meat types, cutting, preparation, and packaging (preferred)
- Dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
- Full availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Rigor in following food hygiene and safety standards
- Possession of a personal vehicle
Benefits
- Base salary of 1012€
- 8€/day food allowance
- Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 with 2 rotating days off
