About the role
Responsibilities
- Cut, prepare, and sell meat products within the butchery department
- Ensure high-quality production and presentation of products
- Provide expert advice and excellent customer service to shoppers
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to the enhancement and display of the department's product range
Requirements
- Minimum of a CAP Boucher qualification
- Proven experience in retail or craft butchery
