About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cut, prepare, and sell meat products following traditional methods and hygiene standards
  • Manage production and sales schedules
  • Participate in product selection and ordering processes
  • Advise customers and provide high-quality service
  • Ensure the visual presentation and maintenance of the butchery department with the help of the head butcher

Requirements

  • CAP or BEP specialized in butchery
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule (approximately 18.75 to 25 hours per week) including Monday mornings, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sunday mornings
