About the role
Responsibilities
- Cut, prepare, and sell meat products following traditional methods and hygiene standards
- Manage production and sales schedules
- Participate in product selection and ordering processes
- Advise customers and provide high-quality service
- Ensure the visual presentation and maintenance of the butchery department with the help of the head butcher
Requirements
- CAP or BEP specialized in butchery
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approximately 18.75 to 25 hours per week) including Monday mornings, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sunday mornings
