Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the department and adherence to all procedures based on company guidelines
- Coordinate and monitor departmental tasks
- Participate in achieving qualitative and quantitative departmental goals
- Train, guide, and motivate the team
- Actively participate in customer service and departmental operations including orders, deliveries, replenishment, and quality controls
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
