Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the department and adherence to all procedures based on company guidelines
• Coordinate and monitor departmental tasks
• Participate in achieving qualitative and quantitative departmental goals
• Train, guide, and motivate the team
• Actively participate in customer service and departmental operations including orders, deliveries, replenishment, and quality controls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
