Responsibilities

  • Assist with butchery operations including trimming and portioning beef to specification
  • Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
  • Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage
  • Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of culinary or butchery experience
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Butchery certification
  • Valid driver's license
