Responsibilities
- Assist with butchery operations including trimming and portioning beef to specification
- Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
- Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage
- Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of culinary or butchery experience
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Butchery certification
- Valid driver's license
