About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and advise customers to ensure satisfaction and sales growth
- Monitor market trends, products, suppliers, and competition
- Collaborate in section management including assortment, layout, stock, and margins
- Propose commercial offers in collaboration with the Section Sales Manager
- Coordinate a team of 7 people to ensure protocol compliance and goal achievement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in butchery or similar food sector roles
- Experience in team management
- Experience in fresh product sales, preferably meat, with direct customer advisory
- Proficiency in office tools
- Food handler certificate (Carnet de manipulador de alimentos)
- Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
