Busser/Runner

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant and bar operations
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
• Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app
• Run food orders from the kitchen to tables ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, gaming areas, and restrooms
• Restock service stations and restrooms
• Assist with opening and closing procedures including sweeping and setting up furniture
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
• Ability to carry heavy trays and multiple plates
• Ability to safely use a ladder
