Responsibilities

• Maintain a presentable appearance and good personal hygiene
• Set up station and perform side work according to specifications
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings
• Follow company standards when serving food and clearing tables
• Clear plates quickly, safely, and efficiently
• Keep tables cleared and maintained throughout the meal
• Expedite and run food when assigned
• Execute proper water, coffee, tea, and iced tea service
• Refill beverages before they go below the halfway mark
• Work with fellow employees and management to ensure a great guest experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and work calmly under pressure
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and maintain fast-paced mobility for the entire shift
• Ability to transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
• Effective and professional oral communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
