Busser

Responsibilities

• Run food accurately to tables in a seamless and gracious manner
• Ensure servers and the kitchen maintain appropriate standards for flawless execution
• Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and obstacles throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas, garbage spaces, and working spaces
• Follow all safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe environment
• Organize and stock kitchen utensils for efficient use
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with a sense of urgency
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to support a connected team environment

Requirements

• Ability to carry 2 or more plates around the venue and navigate stairs
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive walking, reaching, and bending
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• 1-2 years of experience as a busser or in a similar high-volume role is an asset, but not required
• Strong initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of kitchen and service staff
• A passion for live events and providing exceptional customer experiences
