Responsibilities

• Follow designated opening and closing procedures for the restaurant
• Perform housekeeping functions for restaurant, bar, and restroom areas
• Ensure food items are stocked and alert manager to shortages
• Complete side work duties to ensure readiness for service
• Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met
• Clean and clear tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of bus stations, including trash, recycling, and composting removal
• Move tables, chairs, and bus stations to facilitate housekeeping

Requirements

• Prior guest service experience preferred
• Prior restaurant work experience preferred
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under stressful circumstances
• Ability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, hot, and humid conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language skills
