Responsibilities
- Provide quality and genuine hospitality in a timely manner
- Ensure guests feel important and welcome
- Deliver food to appropriate tables and announce each dish
- Pre-bus and clean tables
- Assist servers and bartenders with service as needed
- Stock server stations and the bar
- Transition between runner and busser duties based on service needs
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
Requirements
- Passion for food and excellent dining experiences
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to follow directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30+ pounds
