Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and accurately according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils safely and efficiently to designated areas
• Assist servers and support staff to ensure smooth dining room operations
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned
• Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and allergens

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment
