About the role
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and accurately according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils safely and efficiently to designated areas
- Assist servers and support staff to ensure smooth dining room operations
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned
- Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and allergens
