Responsibilities

• Maintain clean tables, chairs, banquettes, and floors in assigned sections
• Reset tables within two minutes of guest departure with correct alignment
• Provide timely water service and maintain water pitchers
• Clear tables within one minute of guests finishing meals
• Clean between courses and crumb tables after main courses are cleared
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized service station
• Assist with polishing and restocking glassware and flatware
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties and station resets
• Anticipate the needs of guests, Runners, and Servers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years serving experience in high-volume, service-driven restaurants
• Experience in upscale or chef-driven concepts preferred
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends
• Working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and beer styles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
