About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain work instructions, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop process workflows for Customer Service Operations and Client Procedure Documents (CPDs)
  • Document system and capability changes affecting ORx systems
  • Update documentation to reflect business process changes and develop internal written communications
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and easy to follow for customer service teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • 6+ months of experience in content writing for training materials (e.g., Facilitation Guides, Participant Guides, Job Aids, or SOPs)
  • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a corporate setting, including leading discussions and developing content from scratch
