Business Unit Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic, competitive, and product analyses within the recordkeeping and advice landscape
• Interpret and analyze complex data to derive actionable insights and compelling business storylines
• Research emerging industry trends and influence cross-divisional leadership on strategic implications
• Serve as the business lead for key initiatives, partnering with technology teams to translate strategy into execution
• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Product Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Support annual business planning, including business case creation and roadmap development

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategy projects
• Experience in product development and project management
• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
