Business Unit Manager - Stamping

Responsibilities

• Lead internal stamping operations and the Dies Plus division
• Manage sales, design, EDM, die fabrication, and stamping operations
• Oversee the apprentice program and maintain relationships with high school faculty
• Monitor factory efficiency, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery
• Implement production systems, operational procedures, and control plans
• Develop and manage capacity plans and capital budgets for equipment
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits

Requirements

• 10 years of operational experience
• 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proven record of implementing short and long-term strategies
