Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the client and prospect portfolio by coordinating commercial actions within your scope
• Recruit, manage, and unite technical and commercial teams, including consultants and business engineers
• Support business engineers in understanding client needs, conducting commercial negotiations, and drafting contracts
• Ensure successful project delivery and maintain the financial profitability of all business affairs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular activity reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical or commercial field
• Significant and successful experience in a similar management or business unit leadership role
• Strong commercial temperament with proven negotiation and persuasion skills
• Demonstrated managerial qualities and ability to lead diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
