Business Unit Manager for Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Jointly lead the CML function in Romania in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager Legal
• Strategically set up, develop, and optimize the Contract Management function within CML
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal project stakeholders
• Take full responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing expert team across multiple locations
• Drive the implementation of ESG and digitalization initiatives
• Ensure excellence in service delivery through efficiency and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Native Romanian speaker with Romanian citizenship
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire high-performing teams
• Extensive professional experience in project management and contract management
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strategic thinking and a forward-thinking, innovative approach
