Tenax Sild is a leading Danish food company with over 30 years of experience in producing herring and fish specialties for retail and foodservice. The company is a market leader in Denmark and is currently entering a new growth phase focused on strengthening international presence and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize trade agreements with existing and new international retail customers
  • Plan and execute annual negotiations with international chain customers
  • Prepare data-driven presentations for assortments and campaigns focused on value creation
  • Initiate and execute category development projects in collaboration with key customers
  • Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers at international customers
  • Analyze market trends and customer performance to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Business Unit Manager, Key Account Manager, or Category Manager with an international focus
  • Experience in sales and collaboration within the retail industry across different markets
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to work
  • Experience working with both Private Label and brands
  • Relevant commercial education
