Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned unit
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct market visits to evaluate execution and provide support
• Expand market share through territory management and customer acquisition
• Build strong relationships with key customers and trade partners
• Oversee execution of sales promotions and pricing initiatives
• Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and finance for order fulfillment
• Provide accurate sales reports and market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of distribution, retail, and trade dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
