Business Unit Manager – Dell Client Solutions Group (CSG)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve revenue growth targets for the Dell Client Solutions Group.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the CSG team to identify, run, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and industry trends.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase technology solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal marketing and product management teams to deploy effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to help them achieve sales targets and develop professional skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Romanian market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven planning and self-organizing abilities.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and a strong team player.
