About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire commercial relationship with the Client’s managers
- Manage the sales unit team in line with company strategy and business agreements
- Oversee annual sales budgets by brand and channel regarding units, value, and GP
- Manage Channel Sales and Merchandising teams across Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Wholesale, Government, and B2B
- Manage the P&L of the brand and sales unit to ensure budget achievement
- Coordinate and plan activities and targets directly with Client teams
- Ensure trade marketing activities including BDA, promotions, listing, and rentals are approved and settled
- Provide periodical reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing Personal Care and Baby category brands in UAE or GCC
- Solid experience managing Baby Diapers brands
- Experience managing client products within a trading company setup
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce
- Knowledge of planning and executing trade marketing activities
- Strong leadership, project management, and financial acumen
- Proficiency in Excel, Sales CRM, and Oracle
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driver’s license
