Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business strategy for the Urology/Andrology unit in alignment with company objectives
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basis
• Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Urologists, Andrologists, and Key Opinion Leaders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and scientific activities
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the unit’s budget and P&L
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Urology or Andrology
• Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and market understanding
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
