Business Unit Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified vision across the platform portfolio including Customer Service, ERP, Telco, IoT Core, and AI
• Own the multi-quarter roadmap for the Business Unit and drive measurable customer excellence outcomes
• Develop a long-term vision for integrating independent platforms into a cohesive ecosystem
• Lead and coach a team of Product Owners across various platform domains
• Oversee third-party AI partnerships, including vendor selection and performance management
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to resolve conflicting stakeholder demands
• Represent the Business Unit to the executive team regarding progress, risks, and outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years leading product leaders or a team of senior Product Owners
• Demonstrated ownership of internal or B2B platforms at scale (ERP, CRM, Telco, IoT, or Enterprise AI)
• Direct experience with customer service platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong technical literacy regarding architecture, APIs, and AI/ML product decisions
• Experience managing significant third-party technology partnerships and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of running a multi-platform portfolio and making complex prioritization calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with telco systems (billing, provisioning, OSS/BSS)
• Experience with IoT device management and connectivity platforms
• Experience with AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS)
• Experience defining multi-year integration paths for fragmented tool landscapes
