Business Unit Head

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the department’s strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
• Own P&L, financial planning, and cost optimization
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex engineering programs
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and engineers
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, processes, and policies
• Drive innovation and long-term capabilities in vehicle cross computing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Expertise in embedded systems, software engineering, and product development
• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams (200-300 headcounts)
• Track record managing business portfolios of USD 10M+
• Experience in global, matrix organizations
• Domain experience in ADAS, SDV, or vehicle cross computing
• Experience working directly with automotive OEMs
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills
