About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and lead the execution of commercial strategy across the country
- Oversee sales teams and develop national sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage P&L performance and provide strategic business leadership
- Drive market development for new therapy adoption
- Build skills and capabilities within the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), administrative heads, and distribution partners
- Solve organizational problems through effective collaboration and governance

- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably at a national or regional level
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
