Business Unit Director - Respiratory, Immunology & Infectious disease (R&II)

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and strong financial performance across the R&II portfolio.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
• Lead successful product launches and cross-functional execution to accelerate patient access.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
• Contribute to the Korea Country Leadership Team to shape long-term strategic direction.
• Drive transformational initiatives and advance omnichannel and digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant pharmaceutical leadership experience with a strong commercial track record.
• Proven success in launching innovative medicines and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen.
• Experience leading transformation and change management within an organization.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across complex matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and market access.
• Fluent English; Korean proficiency is preferred.
