Business Unit Director - CVRM

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and strong financial performance across the CVRM portfolio.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with local, regional, and global priorities.
• Lead successful product launches and cross-functional execution to accelerate patient access.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
• Serve as a key member of the Korea Country Leadership Team, advising on strategic priorities and investments.
• Drive transformational initiatives and future-readiness efforts within the business unit.
• Build strong cross-functional and external partnerships to maximize patient impact.

Requirements

• Significant pharmaceutical leadership experience with a strong commercial track record.
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams and launching innovative medicines.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen.
• Experience leading transformation and change management within a complex organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and market access.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is preferred.
