Business Unit Director – Commercial Brand Outsourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end performance of a multi-country brand portfolio, delivering against revenue, growth, and strategic objectives
• Translate brand strategy into scalable, high-impact commercial execution models
• Provide leadership across the full product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and in-market optimization
• Drive excellence in field-based promotional execution to enable adoption of innovative therapies
• Own full P&L accountability, including forecasting, cost management, and margin delivery
• Act as a senior strategic partner to influence direction and drive long-term portfolio growth
• Optimize field operating models, including resourcing, coverage, and performance management
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Operations, Finance, HR, and Compliance
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor performance, risk, and strategic alignment

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial leadership
• Proven track record leading multi-country commercial teams within specialty or biologic therapies
• Demonstrated success driving portfolio and brand performance across the full product lifecycle
• Strong P&L ownership with clear financial and commercial accountability
• Deep expertise in field-based commercial models and sales force effectiveness
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets and complex environments
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Solid understanding of commercial compliance and governance frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
