Business Unit Director - Cardiac Surgery and Endovascular

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the development strategy for the Cardiac Surgery and Endovascular Business Unit in the French market
• Take full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margin, growth, and pricing
• Build and deploy differentiated go-to-market strategies
• Lead complex negotiations with key accounts and strategic tenders
• Manage and develop a team of leaders, including sales managers and marketing managers
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with hospital decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Define product marketing strategies in alignment with market needs and innovation
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and quality standards

Requirements

• Higher education in business, engineering, biomedical, or an equivalent field
• Over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
• Proven experience in P&L management and leading a Business Unit
• Strong experience managing sales teams and commercial organizations
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and results orientation

• Specific experience within the Cardiovascular sector
• Strong affinity for clinical environments and medical technology
