The company operates within the wind, offshore, and industrial segments, delivering specialized solutions across the entire value chain, including industrial surface treatment, steelworks, welding, inspections, and manpower solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational and P&L responsibility for a modern production unit specializing in sandblasting, painting, electro-galvanization, and electro-polishing.
• Ensure operational excellence, stable production, quality control, and optimal capacity utilization.
• Optimize production flow, processes, and production economics.
• Lead and develop an operational organization consisting of planning and executing employees.
• Actively engage with the market to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support the bidding process with realistic and competitive solutions, particularly within the wind and industrial segments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and chemical process standards.
• Drive professional dialogue with authorities regarding compliance and certifications.

Requirements

• Solid experience from the production or process industry, preferably within surface treatment, metal, or related fields.
• Documented experience in leadership and P&L responsibility.
• Structured working style with a strong understanding of operations, economics, and capacity management.
• Ability to build trusting relationships both internally and with external customers and partners.
• Natural authority and the ability to thrive in a role close to daily operations.
