Business UAT Analyst I - Spanish

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Spanish and English test scenarios, plans, and cases for Card marketing validation.
• Collaborate with Card Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Controls teams to ensure accurate and compliant marketing materials.
• Lead testing strategies, including manual and automated testing cycles for direct mail, online ads, emails, and microsites.
• Analyze business requirements and system specifications to prioritize testing activities and provide technical guidance on defects.
• Support production deployment of campaigns, including validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows.
• Maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards to ensure process efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced Spanish certification (C1/C2) with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) campaign testing across multiple channels including email, direct mail, and microsites.
• Hands-on experience executing automated test suites.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile SDLC models.
• Proficiency with JIRA for defect tracking and data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
