Business Travel Consultant II

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with best-in-class support via chat, call, and email
• Provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
• Maintain extensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and travel systems
• Perform quick and accurate analyses of customer needs and urgency levels
• Support users with self-service features on the Navan platform and app
• Respond to customer inquiries within established SLA expectations
• Follow company, customer, and global compliance procedures for travel and expense
• Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on operating processes and goals
• Participate in team meetings regarding product launches and industry changes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a TMC/BT Consultant role covering air, rail, and hotel
• 2+ years of intermediate-level GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory
• IATA accreditation (WWAFT, WAII, or BA2)
• Proven customer service experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
• Proficiency with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters efficiently
