Business Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel bookings, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business travelers to ensure their corporate travel needs are met.
• Execute all bookings accurately and promptly, adhering to company guidelines and client travel policies.
• Manage ticketing, including issuance, modifications, exchanges, and complex international fare adjustments.
• Provide exceptional consultative customer service and keep clients informed of travel documents and health requirements.
• Maintain accurate Passenger Name Records (PNR), profiles, and billing documentation.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• 2+ years of recent experience in business travel management.
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS, including fare calculation and itinerary management.
• OPC/TICO certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple urgent tasks and resolve travel-related problems effectively.
