Business Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Organize business travel for professional clients, including flight, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Adhere to company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with team members to support client service tasks and ensure seamless operations
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Provide creative problem-solving for complex travel itineraries and issues
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in travel consulting services
• Proficiency with GDS Sabre
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
