Business Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business travel needs for various corporate clients, including flight, hotel, car, and ground transportation reservations
• Provide high-end, professional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Adhere to company procedures, account guidelines, and service standards
• Collaborate with team members to support client service tasks and maintain strong working relationships
• Proactively find creative solutions to complex travel issues and client requests

Requirements

• Bilingualism in French and English is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS), with Sabre preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build professional relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
