Responsibilities

• Drive People Leadership Team (PLT) governance, including coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of meetings and workshops
• Manage the People portfolio by tracking the roadmap, objectives, and quarterly OKRs
• Own independent project streams from scoping through to execution
• Maintain KPI reporting and translate operational metrics into structured insights for senior leadership
• Enable data and capability initiatives in collaboration with planning and analysis teams
• Serve as a coordination point across legal, employment, Finance, and compliance functions

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end project management experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency for building scorecards and insights
• Clear and confident communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a People or HR function
• Experience in a high-growth scale-up setting
