Business Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, strategically significant projects from concept development through implementation and delivery
• Develop new business concepts and operating models, including business case development and financial modelling
• Monitor project performance, analyze deviations, and ensure achievement of financial and value realization targets
• Drive strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Partner closely with senior management to provide strategic recommendations on efficiency and optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the MOL Group’s business segments and international operations
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage strategic risks

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience with a strong emphasis on project management
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Experience managing international and multi-country projects
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills

• Previous leadership or team management experience
