Business Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through implementation and benefits realization.
• Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape and evolve business cases that align with enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams to remove delivery barriers.
• Drive business performance by redesigning processes, embedding best practices, and enabling data-driven decision making.
• Execute robust change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and sustain new ways of working.
• Track benefits realization, monitor KPIs, and report results to senior stakeholders with precision.
• Identify and manage risks and interdependencies to maintain delivery momentum.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery.
• Management consulting background, ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end transformations from case development to full benefits realization.
• Deep commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect transformation outcomes to P&L improvement.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data modeling and performance tracking.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
