Business Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead assignments within transformation, operational modeling, and delivery development
• Contribute to business development, tender work, and sales
• Support customers in matters regarding procurement, acquisition, and business models
• Build and maintain relationships within the Swedish and international defense and security ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role with assignments within defense and security
• Experience from defense agencies or equivalent is preferred
• Good understanding of NATO capability goals
• Knowledge of portfolio management, procurement, and business models
• Experience in innovation management
• Ability to create and evaluate strong networks and partnerships
• Ability to work independently and in teams in complex environments
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Must be eligible for security clearance
