Business Transformation Consultant-Finance

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on strategic and tactical business transformation initiatives with a finance-led focus.
• Assess current financial and operational performance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support various planning and forecasting processes, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and long-range forecasting.
• Develop and deliver transformation recommendations to address operational and financial inefficiencies.
• Support the implementation of process improvements, transformation initiatives, and change interventions.
• Engage with business leaders and finance teams to understand requirements and transformation priorities.
• Leverage SAP and other finance-related systems to support planning, reporting, and transformation activities.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance, business transformation, strategic planning, or consulting.
• Strong SAP experience.
• Proven expertise in finance transformation and consulting.
• Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting methodologies, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial awareness skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
