Business Transformation Associate

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the COO and GTM leadership to shape, scope, and advance priority business transformation initiatives
• Build and deploy AI tools and agents to solve problems across GTM functions
• Track and report on progress across the AI and transformation initiative portfolio
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to execute transformation initiatives
• Distill business complexity into structured analyses and decision frameworks
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through AI, process redesign, and data usage

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or fast-paced tech
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High emotional and intellectual capability for senior leadership interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software development or scripting for automation
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Claude Code
• SQL or data analysis experience
• Exposure to B2B SaaS business models or revenue operations
