Business Transformation Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state analysis and strategic future-state reimagination of business capabilities and processes to support modernization efforts.
• Apply analytical approaches to solve complex, ill-structured problems and justify strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Business Units, IT, and automation teams to design sustainable solutions using tools like robotics, machine learning, and AI.
• Synthesize complex analysis into clear findings and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to develop cross-business capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of innovation and Agile methodology while ensuring risk and control processes are integrated into daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience working in multi-functional teams.
• Proven understanding of banking, capital markets, or financial operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering professional presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in strategy consulting.
• Experience in product strategy and product development.
