Business Trainee

Responsibilities

• Talk directly to clients to build trust and help them choose life-changing language travel programs
• Work closely with a driven, ambitious team to hit and exceed bold sales goals
• Learn how a business operates from the ground up through hands-on experience
• Take ownership of client interactions and solve real-world challenges from day one

Requirements

• Experience studying, working, or living abroad
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Degree in business, economics, or an equivalent field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A competitive, team-oriented mindset with high resilience
• Leadership potential and the ambition to grow into management roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian
• Previous experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles
• Background in telemarketing, customer service, or business development
