Business Trainee

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to build relationships and guide them through life-changing language travel programs
• Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve ambitious sales and business goals
• Learn the fundamentals of running and growing a business from the ground up
• Progress toward a Program Coordinator role, taking on greater responsibility and representing EF at key events

Requirements

• Experience studying, working, or living abroad
• Fluency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
• Degree in business, economics, or an equivalent field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A competitive, results-driven mindset with strong initiative and resilience
• Leadership potential and the ambition to build a global career

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Swedish, French, German, Spanish, or Italian
• Previous experience in sales, client outreach, or customer engagement
• Background in telemarketing, customer service, or business development
